Joshua Robert is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing projects, guiding field teams to deliver quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will work with the Project Superintendent to coordinate daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and using modern construction tech to improve field efficiency, with opportunities for advancement within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.
• Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and construction safety regulations.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Active Journeyman or Master Mechanical/HVAC License preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and basic software for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
