Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Lead Foreman in Shipyard Mechanical to coordinate crews and ensure quality assembly, hydro tests, and instrumentation installation.

You will supervise teams, verify training, and partner with the Superintendent to meet project timelines and safety standards. Responsibilities include directing daily operations on the fabrication floor, maintaining equipment, enforcing SOPs and ISO readiness, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for employment.
• 15+ years in Shipyard Mechanical with 5+ years as Foreman or similar leadership role.
• 3+ years welding experience across SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW or combinations thereof.

Responsabilités

• Identify teams and crew structures to meet project goals.
• Enforce SOPs, safety procedures, and quality controls on all projects.
• Direct daily fabrication operations and coordinate with Engineering/QAQC.
• Monitor resources, training, and scheduling to minimize rework and meet deadlines.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 audits and maintain equipment in safe working order.
