Job summary

Stantec seeks a Mechanical Engineering Team Leader in Berkley, Michigan to guide a group of mechanical engineers, EITs, and designers. You will engage with architects, electrical and structural engineers, interior designers, and project managers across the North Central region to drive project success.

You will be accountable for client relationship development, project pursuit, and technical excellence while mentoring staff and developing future leaders within the Buildings practice.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in mechanical engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines (architects, electrical, structural, interior designers, PMs).
• Experience with BIM technologies in project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload and revenue generation for the mechanical group in Berkley.
• Initiate client engagement and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
• Direct supervision of mechanical professionals and staff; lead technical projects.
