Job summary

The Kinetic Group, part of the Ammo+ division of The Czechoslovak Group, seeks a Mechanical Engineer in Anoka, MN. You will lead rifle ammunition development from concept to production, defining designs, tests, validation and documentation.

Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management to ensure successful launches. A Bachelor’s in engineering and 1–3+ years in product/manufacturing engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
• 1–3+ years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, process engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of new rifle ammunition product development from concept through manufacturing launch.
• Develop product designs, test plans, specifications, validation, budgets, timelines, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management to introduce products.
• Perform root cause analysis and support supplier qualification and process improvements.
