The Kinetic Group, located in Ozark, MO, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Technician to support Engineers, optimize production processes, and help transition new processes into production at the Ozark location.
You will help lead cross-functional coordination, perform process studies, set up tooling, and assist with equipment setup, gaging, and troubleshooting on the shop floor. Strong hands-on machining and measurement skills are desired.

The Manufacturing Engineer Technician plays a key role in supporting Manufacturing Engineers through hands‑on process support and involvement in capital projects. This position focuses on optimizing production processes by assisting with testing and evaluation, tooling and process development, and transitioning new processes into production. The Technician will support sample builds, help analyze production issues, and troubleshooting manufacturing challenges—recommending effective solutions to ensure efficient, high‑quality operations. This position reports to the Director of Mfg Engineering and is based out of our Ozark Location.
Standing, moving about, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and handling work on, load, and adjust machines. Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Manual dexterity required for adjusting machines.
Strong reading comprehension skills. A basic understanding of machinist's math required. Flexibility and adaptability to set and change schedules and priorities on short notice. Reasoning and analytical skills to deal with experimental work. Ability to synthesize ideas and evaluate results.
All activities performed inside. Exposure to noise, vibration, mechanical hazards, explosive materials, dust, dirt, fumes and odors, and mists and oils when in manufacturing areas. Work Environment: Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
