You will support validation, prototype builds, and production launches while driving cost and quality improvements, documenting technical work, and managing quotes and budgets within a fast-paced automotive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 5+ years in automotive design.
• At least 3 years of traction motor product experience.
• Strong 3-D CAD and 2-D drawing skills with mechanical CAE experience.
• Knowledge of electrified vehicle systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support mechanical packaging and design for xEV motors.
• Coordinate customer requirements with global engineering teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers.
• Support validation, prototype builds, production launches, and cost/quality improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, quotes, and manage project budgets.
