Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least five years of practical experience designing automotive powertrain components are required, with inverter experience preferred. Candidates should have 3D CAD, 2D drawing, and mechanical CAE experience, understand electrified vehicle systems, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
