Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to own the EV battery-pack mechanical design from concept through production launch. You will drive architecture, CAD models, drawings, interfaces, materials, and manufacturing considerations while leading design reviews and coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Requires a mechanical engineering bachelor's degree or related discipline and typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including ownership of complex hardware through a complete development cycle.
• Candidates should have substantial hands-on CAD and production-drawing experience, expertise in battery-pack mechanical design, GD&T, manufacturing, validation, and technical leadership; a master's degree and direct EV battery production experience are preferred.
