Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, at least five years of practical experience designing automotive components, and at least three years of traction motor product experience. Candidates should have 3-D CAD and 2-D drawing skills, mechanical CAE experience, knowledge of electrified vehicle systems, and strong project, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities; a master’s degree and English-Japanese fluency are preferred.
