Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 9 years of relevant experience or 10 years with high school diploma or equivalent.
• PE license required; may count toward 1 year of experience.
• Certifications aligned with sustainability backgrounds (CDP, LEED, WELL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs the preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics and specs.
• Leads project and design efforts from concept through completion.
• Mentors less experienced designers and engineers and may supervise staff.
• Develops and maintains client and strategic partner relationships.
