Riveer in Michigan seeks a lead mechanical design engineer to drive custom equipment projects from kickoff to installation. You will create 3D models, manufacturing drawings and component specifications, and support system integration and testing.

You will gather stakeholder feedback, prepare technical documentation, and push design improvements across fabrication, welding, machining and assembly, applying strong communication and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or custom equipment.
• Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
• Experience with design for fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead custom mechanical design projects from kickoff through installation.
• Create 3D models, drawings, and component specifications.
• Support system integration and testing; troubleshoot design issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and drive design improvements.
