engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Chief Engineer and Change Control Board Chair by overseeing changes and releases to technical data packages. You will ensure compliance with customer, company, and industry requirements and mentor engineers across projects.

The role includes maintaining reviewer lists, change logs, and verifying records in PDM systems, with opportunities to chair the Change Control Board when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least three years.
• Experience creating or reviewing hardware technical documentation, applying documentation standards, and working in mechanical design, manufacturing, or tooling.
• Candidates must have experience reviewing geometric dimensioning and tolerancing on engineering drawings and be U.S. citizens able to obtain and maintain an interim Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage changes and releases to technical data packages, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and industry requirements.
• Maintain reviewer lists and change logs, verify documentation and product data management records.
• Mentor engineers and serve as the primary Change Control Board chair when needed.
