Qualifications

• Have bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree.
• Have strong problem-solving skills with innovative approaches.
• Have proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Have experience with 3D modeling and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Have understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) and geometry simplification.
• Have knowledge of hydraulic systems and forces.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects within defined budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Break down complex initiatives into milestones and ensure timely execution.
• Develop engineering drawings, calculations, design documentation, and test reports.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for design reviews and stage-gate approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, testing personnel, and supply chain to ensure cost-effective design solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to engineering processes.
