Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electron Optics, Materials Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience developing or optimizing semiconductor equipment or inspection systems.
• Experience with SEM, EBI, wafer inspection/review, CD-SEM, TEM, or electron optics and metrology systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, integration, characterization, and optimization of electron beam inspection and metrology systems.
• Define system requirements with cross-functional teams and translate into subsystem goals.
• Analyze performance, identify improvements, and support trade-off evaluations.
