Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on piping/fluid systems experience in industrial settings.
• Experience sizing pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and related components.
• Knowledge of ASME, piping-stress concepts, and OSHA safety coursework encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and lay out facility piping systems; size critical components.
• Create, update and redline mechanical/piping drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Perform pressure-drop, flow, and basic thermal calculations; assist with CFD/FEA analyses.
• Conduct pipe-stress and support-structure checks, document results, participate in safety reviews.
• Prepare ROMs, equipment lists, and technical evaluations for procurement.
• Provide field support, factory acceptance tests, and commissioning assistance.
