Job summary

Centrus Energy Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and optimize facility piping systems, size components for pumps, valves, and pressure vessels, and provide hands-on field support for commissioning.

You will perform technical analysis, create mechanical drawings, and contribute to troubleshooting in industrial settings, with emphasis on safety, ASME codes, and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of experience in piping or fluid systems within industrial settings.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize facility piping systems, including component sizing for pumps, valves, and pressure vessels.
• Perform technical analysis, create mechanical drawings, and provide hands-on field support for commissioning and troubleshooting.
