Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management or related field.
• Experience with commercial HVAC, hydronic systems, retrofits, or design-build projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs, controls diagrams, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and change orders.
