Zusammenfassung

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, seeks a Foreman - Piping to lead crews in commercial mechanical piping installations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will translate project requirements into executable work plans and develop field talent to ensure safe, on-time completion.

Reporting to the General Foreman or Superintendent, you will coordinate with project teams, review drawings and specs, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity on active job

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of commercial mechanical piping experience with field leadership.
• Ability to plan labor, read schedules, and ensure safe, productive installation.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, codes, and testing.
• Proficient with mobile devices and construction software for drawings and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead one or more crews on mechanical piping systems and set safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Create daily work plans using drawings, schedules, budgets, and jobsite constraints.
• Plan manpower, tools, equipment, access, and prefabrication to support production.
• Review documents, identify constructability issues, and raise RFIs as needed.
• Coordinate sequencing with project management, contractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Report on installed quantities, labor, schedule status, and material needs.
