Job summary

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, seeks a Project Manager to join our Construction team. This role oversees HVAC and plumbing projects, coordinating planning, execution, and delivery within cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–8 years of PM experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with BIM/VDC tools and complex billing methods.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Familiarity with building codes (IBC, IMC, IPC) and North Texas requirements.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination, prefabrication, and commissioning.
• Experience billing via GMP, Lump Sum, or Cost-Plus.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience negotiating deliveries with suppliers and subs.
• Experience with self-performed mechanical/plumbing scopes.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more commercial mechanical/plumbing construction projects.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Maintain project contracts, scope, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field supervision to plan and schedule work.
• Prepare schedules of values, budgets, and cost codes.
• Review and submit progress and subcontractor payments.
• Manage project financials: billing, forecasting, cost control.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
