Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of a value stream as assigned.
• Adhere to department work instructions and 5S standards.
• Process paperwork for established assembly standards.
• Assemble and test standard products and simple to complex specials.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and mentor less experienced staff.
• Maintain safety and quality management standards.
