Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a mechanic AND in a lead/shop role.
• Ability to manage people, priorities, and shop flow.
• Welding/fab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Lead and organize workflow for shop mechanics to keep jobs moving.
• Coordinate repairs with dispatch, yard, and warehouse teams.
• Order parts and manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate service/repair records in our system.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient.
• Ensure all work is done safely and up to standard.
