Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years multi-skill maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 4 years automated production experience in lead role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on processing equipment.
• Audit and assign Preventive Maintenance tasks.
• Train maintenance staff and assist with change-overs.
• Collaborate with management on maintenance scheduling and automation projects.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
