ADP, Inc. in Manheim, PA is seeking a Work Group Lead to support the Production Supervisor in executing the daily plan. This hands-on leader provides guidance to ensure safe, efficient operations and quality. You will train new staff and assist in adapting work methods and equipment to change.

The role centers on Safety, Quality, and Productivity, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience - 2-4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly.
• Leadership and communication skills to guide and coach team members.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Scheduling, organization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Interpret dimension specs and prints to determine work tasks.
• Perform manual and repetitive assembly and sub-assembly functions.
• Follow instructions to build defect-free products meeting standards.
• Train new members on machines, procedures, safety and quality.
• Coordinate daily production plans with supervision for productivity.
