Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or comparable from country of origin.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Coordinator and/or Leader II in directing day-to-day department tasks.
• Lead department and area of responsibility; step in when Leader II is unavailable.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and discipline is applied when needed.
• Train new and current associates on SWI/work point methods and monitor performance.
• Coordinate job assignments to meet customer demand and maintain quality standards.
