Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to oversee fabrication and assembly processes, supervise staff, and ensure workflow efficiency.

The role focuses on organizing production runs, setting up equipment, and maintaining a tidy plant floor while enforcing quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of industrial equipment, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience including five years in supervisory roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 70 lbs.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes staff results by communicating expectations, monitoring and appraising results, coaching, and enforcing policies.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees as needed.
• Read and interpret material and parts availability reports; interpret blueprints.
• Improve workflow by monitoring steps, adjusting processing variables, and implementing cost reductions.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and revise schedules as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Interact with vendors to ensure timely service and parts delivery.
• Support the President on an as-needed basis.
