Responsibilities

• Support and assist leadership in department needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Oversee seafood and meat department in the absence of managers.
• Procure products at best quality and price.
• Develop creative and aggressive merchandising plans.
• Order and manage all supplies and products.
• Train staff and ensure quality and standards set by leadership.
• Support department sales, labor budget, grosses, and reports.
• Ensure proper merchandising and signage on all products.
• Keep POS department updated on price changes.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
