Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store.

• Manage inventory, order processing, and quality control for meat products.
• Review orders for amount, quality, and weight; ensure proper storage and rotation.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store promotions; participate in daily huddles.
• Ensure food safety, PPE, cleanliness, and safety guidelines are followed.
