Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory in the department.
• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for serving portions.
• Review and validate received orders for amount, quality and weight.
• Assist Department Manager in staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain department familiarity with products and promotions.
• Ensure food safety, PPE, and cleaning guidelines are followed.
