Mathnasium of Crabapple in Milton, GA is seeking a Lead Instructor to deliver math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™. You will lead and coach a team, deliver individualized sessions in a group setting, and communicate student progress to parents, while using digital materials and earning ongoing training.

The role emphasizes after-school and weekend hours with potential for advancement within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
