Mathnasium of Roseville South is seeking a Lead Instructor to guide and coach students in a group setting, delivering individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™. You will lead sessions, assess progress, and communicate with parents.

This part-time role offers after-school and weekend hours, a supportive culture, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a franchise that values student learning and staff development.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Strong math competency through Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians.
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
