Job summary

Qualified candidates bring deep Oracle ERP/MRP experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed. U.S. security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP/MRP systems (Maestro) and MRP functionality.
• Experience leading factory performance improvements and enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manufacturing schedules using Oracle ERP; release requisitions and shop orders.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate mitigation actions to support schedule.
• Track materials across assembly and test areas and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Interface with Master Schedulers to support Master Schedule and resolve conflicts.
