Job summary

Ideal candidates have a strong background in facility utilities, root-cause analysis, and experience leading multi-disciplinary groups. Occasional travel is required; security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or graduate degree with substantial engineering experience.
• Advanced understanding of facility utilities, controls, and systems.
• Experience working with outside maintenance contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and procure equipment for the AMF Huntsville facility.
• Plan, configure, and install equipment for composite part fabrication.
• Identify deficiencies and drive capital projects to resolution.
• Evaluate plant utilities and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Support capital planning and justify funding.
