Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings and coordinate production activities.
• Plan weekly production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage time approvals and supervision of team members.
• Ensure safety through daily safety walks.
• Support hiring, promotions, and performance discussions.
• Maintain workflow and resolve operational decisions.
