The role requires strong MS Excel/Office skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. You will mentor team members, prepare detailed reports for project meetings, and collaborate with the Asset Service Center and field stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material handling, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the daily operations for assigned job site(s).
• Serving as a subject matter expert regarding materials, tools, and rental equipment.
• Receiving, recording, and tracking inventory.
• Monitoring onsite distribution and delivery.
• Following up on requests from superintendents and foremen.
• Liaising with Asset Service Center to determine logistical information for deliveries and material requests.
• Determining the appropriate transportation mode for inventory delivery.
• Analyzing reporting metrics and budget information.
• Preparing detailed reports for project meetings.
• Presenting detailed information and reports at project meetings.
• Enforcing best practices for employee performance and policy adherence.
• Monitoring and recording employee performance and contributing to evaluations.
