Job summary

CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Materials Laboratory Manager in Denver, CO for full-time employment. The role oversees laboratory testing, equipment calibration, inventory, and safety, while coordinating with project managers and engineers.

You will supervise lab technicians and ensure adherence to accreditation standards (AMRL/CCRL) and CTL|Thompson policies. The position offers an annual salary between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in lab environment.
• At least 5 years of field and laboratory testing methods and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and daily workflow in the lab.
• Perform laboratory tests per standard procedures and manage results.
• Maintain lab safety, quality systems, and documentation.
• Prepare invoices for services as needed.
• Lead accreditation and proficiency testing programs.
