Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Warehouse/Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Delavan, WI. You will support shipping and materials by managing inventory, materials handling, shipping and receiving activities, and order processing to ensure materials are delivered accurately and operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will operate forklifts, pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment, and perform SAP transactions while ensuring inventory accuracy and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and work safely while wearing required PPE.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
