Blue Origin in the United States is seeking an experienced Material Planning lead to drive procurement, leases, and outsourcing for a major tooling and ground‑support fabrication shop within Operations. You will guide a team of material planners and ensure on‑time delivery of raw materials and equipment to support rapid tooling and prototyping.

This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10 years in detail‑oriented materials management or project management.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects, meetings, and requests.
• U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or eligible status per export controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Material Planners and mentor the planning team.
• Contribute to material planning processes and best practices.
• Create teambuilding and synergy within the team.
• Manage recordkeeping and internal ticket documentation efforts.
