Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners is seeking a Project Manager to support the full-cycle execution of material handling automation projects for a globally leading robotics company. This developmental role offers mentorship from seasoned project and engineering managers.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating with customers and vendors, and developing layouts using AutoCAD. The role requires 3 years of hands-on experience and a solid AMHS background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years hands-on experience in industrial material handling or automation projects.
• Solid understanding of AMHS system architecture.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, E Plan and MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing material handling automation projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate design and layout details with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Gather and analyze project data to guide engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate installation schedules and monitor site progress and quality.
• Prepare project specifications, RFQs, and technical documentation.
• Support vendor selection through competitive bids and quote reviews.
• Contribute to project closeout with final documentation and deliverables.
