Job summary

Veolia is seeking Leads to guide an hourly manufacturing team under the supervision of the department manager. The role focuses on coaching, safety adherence, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and process documentation to sustain efficient lines.

Ideal candidates bring experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP/Maximo. Willingness to work overtime and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain safety standards.
• Strong communication skills for training and directing team members.
• Overtime may be required to keep lines running.
• Ability to wear PPE and operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP/Maximo and related systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of area equipment and process operations.

Responsibilities

• Observe EHS rules and participate in safety meetings and audits.
• Schedule floor personnel and assign daily tasks to meet order specs.
• Act as a point of contact for cycle counting and material orders.
• Lead training initiatives and audit current team members.
• Coordinate training needs with supervisors and drive actions to closure.
• Maintain positive teamwork and update process documentation.
