Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in monitoring the production workforce to maximize yields and direct operations.
• Create production line schedules and direct workflow for assigned lines and colleagues.
• Ensure safety and food safety procedures are followed by all personnel.
• Provide training for material handling colleagues and operating equipment safely.
• Promote compliance with FDA, USDA, and BRC regulations and document issues.
