Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a food service or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend basic mathematical concepts (fractions, ratios, temperatures).
• Average computer skills: Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production data for assigned product lines and documents results.
• Examines dough temperature and records readings.
• Checks calibration of metal detectors and records results.
• Inspects trailer, raw materials and product conditions during receiving/loading.
• Monitors end-of-line labeling and weight on product shippers.
• Performs lab evaluations including baking tests and texture analysis.
