Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory/inventory leadership role
• Ability to read work orders/prints and communicate clearly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions
• Willingness to work flexible and overtime hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to team and act as lead on the floor
• Oversight of material handling, receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with project management to expedite customer requests
• Close jobs, assign locations, and manage inventory transfers
• Prepare shipments and ensure paperwork matches goods
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate lift equipment and use ERP for transfers
• Use QR/barcodes for picking and transactions
