Stratas Foods LLC is a leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients, and Retail Private Label markets in North America. We produce quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise, and sauces. Established in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), we operate manufacturing facilities in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. Job Description

Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of tasks as required, including working their shift, overtime, and weekends. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, cleanup, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication, sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items, dump rework, operating a forklift, preparing and packaging products, and other duties assigned by supervision.

Candidates must be trained and certified on forklift operation, demonstrate hazardous chemical handling (caustic, flavoring), and be proficient in operating stretch wrappers and forklift operations across all lines. Additional responsibilities include loading trucks properly, completing and modifying pick sheets, communicating professionally with visitors and customers, understanding inventory procedures, demonstrating pallet transfer operations, and reconciling finished products.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry, safety and efficiency team participation, adherence to rules and procedures, willingness to learn and fill in various positions, compliance with safety, food safety, and environmental policies

Additional Information

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, and at heights.
