**Job Description:**

The ID Logistics Logistic Team Leader manages their team’s activity and organizes their work to achieve the defined objectives. They are a line manager responsible for the quality of work, compliance with internal processes, health and safety rules for goods and personnel, and customer specifications. The role involves leading and supporting the team, with a typical distribution of levels: 2/3 as Level 3+ and 1/3 as Level 1.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Plan, manage, and control teamwork; define clear rules with objectives and expectations.
  2. Communicate the roadmap and final goals; understand team members' motivations to inspire and reward them.
  3. Establish routine communication, monitoring, and measurement of activities and objectives.
  4. Encourage and support the team through feedback, recognition, and training as needed.
  5. Promote process improvements and internal innovation programs.
  6. Scale workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts; prioritize operations and supervise accordingly.
  7. Maintain regular communication with the customer and coordinate specific requirements.
  8. Apply health and safety rules and procedures; analyze equipment checklists and ensure corrective actions.
  9. Conduct workplace organization in accordance with procedures; verify procedures and respond to audits.
  10. Monitor key performance indicators; analyze deviations and initiate corrective actions.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Hours:** Friday-Sunday, 7am-7:30pm.

**Salary:** $22.50/hour plus $1.50 shift differential.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Up to 2 years of higher education or equivalent through experience.
  • Training in transport, logistics, and management.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership role.
