Job Description

Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of tasks as required, including working their shift, overtime, and weekends. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, cleanup, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication, sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items, dump rework, operating a forklift, preparing and packaging products, and other duties as assigned by supervision.

1. Must be trained and certified on the forklift.
2. Trained and able to demonstrate hazardous chemical handling (caustic, flavoring).
3. Proficient in operating stretch wrappers.
4. Proficient with a forklift on all operational lines.
5. Load trucks in the prescribed manner.
6. Ability to complete and modify pick sheets.
7. Communicate professionally with visitors and customers.
8. Basic knowledge of roll-up door operation and repair.
9. Understand inventory procedures.
10. Trained and able to demonstrate pallet transfer operations.
11. Ability to reconcile finished products.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Related Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing

Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge and data entry

3. Produce accurate documentation

5. Willingness to learn various positions
