Job summary

Ursa Major seeks a master technician to lead assembly, integration, and test activities for aerospace propulsion programs in Colorado. You will apply hands-on expertise across development and production, mentoring technicians and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role demands strong troubleshooting, interpretation of drawings and specs, and willingness to travel to customer and test sites to ensure safety, quality, and mission success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; extensive hands-on aerospace experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems and read drawings.
• Willingness to travel to customer and test sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex assembly, integration, test, and troubleshooting activities across development and production programs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technicians, engineers, and other team members.
• Develop practical solutions for manufacturing, assembly, test, tooling, and equipment challenges.
• Lead complex test activities, including proof testing and system-level tests.
