Bear's Contracting Group is seeking a Commercial Electrical Master Electrician to lead regional construction electrical scopes across multiple sites. You will pull permits, guide field crews, and leverage estimating expertise while collaborating with leadership that values your trade knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician License in Texas with permit-pulling capability.
• Current OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience managing small crews on commercial construction sites.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Pull electrical permits in Texas.
• Lead and mentor field electricians on site.
• Review drawings and estimate electrical scopes for internal/external bids.
• Oversee on-site safety and installation quality to code.
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain clear communication across field teams.
