Job summary

EmployBridge seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as the primary point of administrative, financial, and technical management, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of diverse stakeholders, and a track record managing complex electrical projects across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years with a commercial electrical contractor.
• Proven experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PM for admin and technical management of electrical construction projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Estimating, Operations, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Review owner contracts for compliance.
• Prepare monthly owner pay applications and requisitions.
• Conduct cost reviews and monitor financial performance.
• Evaluate subcontractor financial capability.
