You will work closely with field leadership, contractors, and owners to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and high-quality customer service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial electrical construction and leading field teams.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Familiar with NEC, budgeting, scheduling, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through completion.
• Plan manpower and scheduling; manage resources.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure current drawings.
• Track labor, productivity, and cost; manage changes and field conditions.
• Close out projects with final billing and documentation.
