Qualifications

Valid Texas Master Electrician license.
5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of NEC and local Houston regulations.
Ability to lead and supervise crews on active job sites.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

Plan, install, and oversee electrical systems for commercial and industrial work
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate installations
Inspect and troubleshoot electrical components including wiring, panels, circuit breakers, and transformers
Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
Supervise and mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices on job sites
Coordinate with project managers and other MEP trades to meet project timelines
Perform load calculations, conduit bending, and panel terminations
